Great spot to get breakfast or lunch.

Great sesame bagel and the honey & walnut cream cheese is really good. They also have a large coffee selection inside. This place has a drive-thru if you're in a hurry.

My favorite place for coffee and bagels. They have a great variety of flavored coffees, many different kinds of bagels, and cream cheese. Only place I know of where you can get Lox.

We had a chance to have some of these delicious bagels. Unfortunately I saw a sign that said they will be permanently closed as of christmas eve. So sad to see this place close. They said a corporate coffee shop will take its place. The sourdough bagel was delicious. Hurry go try them out!

Service gone downhill since I was last in. Waiting in line while employees eat or talk on the cell phone. Then, wouldn't you know it, got wrong order. Noticed others in the store had wrong orders as well. Gotta wonder about the drive through line! Coffee good and Bagles good and fresh. Work on customer service.

By far my favorite Bagel Shop in Arroyo Grande. Mouth watering bagels and the variety of cream that they offer is great. Whole wheat bagel with Low fat veggie cream cheese is my favorite. Yummy!!

I have been going here for years and used to love it, but if you're going to pay $4 for a bagel and cream cheese you expect your order to be accurate. I never know what I'm going to get when I get to work and open the wrapper. This last weekend, I got home and there was a hair (that was clearly not mine) in my bagel. I drove back and let the staff know and also let them know that there was hardly any cream cheese on it. It took 4 staff member to decide what to do. I then overhear the manager say "just give her a new one." I would hope so considering there was a hair in it! No offer to even refund the purchase price for the inconvenience. I'm done.

I love Broadway bagel. The staff is wonderful even the newest members of their team. They all know what "with love" means for my drinks. Thank you Sally.

Broadway Bagel has a very popular drive through, especially on weekend mornings. Good variety of fresh bagels, coffee and espresso drinks. The only place in town that I know of where you can get a decent version of the New York staple -- a bagel with lox, onions, and capers. Free wifi and usually not too crowded inside, so it's actually a reasonable place to bring your laptop if you want a quieter atmosphere than Starbucks. They play Broadway show tunes all the time and have Broadway posters on the walls. Nice place. A local favorite.

Place has not changed since I was a kid, including the owner. If she were a bagel, she'd be "the works"....there is a reason I avoid them, despite their excellent bagels. Accessory employees are amazing, but owner needs to realize that she may be serving New York style bagels, but she cannot dish out New York style attitude.

My son wanted to surprise his dad with bagels this morning on Father's day. He waited in line for nearly 25 minutes and gave the CINNAMON and RAiSIN bagel(s) with cream cheese order to the girl behind the counter. When my son got home he found that Broadway Bagels gave him CRANBERRY bagels with cream cheese instead of what he originally ordered. You would think the employees would know their bagels. Cinnamon raisin bagels are darker in color and the fruit doesn't even share the same color. My son frequents this bagel shop with his friends. I suggest the manager work with staff regarding holiday traffic and knowing one bagel from another. 😢

What can I say, this place has great Bagels. Although the service could be a little bit better. Every time I go in there the girls working in there seem to be preoccupied with themselves.

So many great menu choices here! Since I'm not from the east coast, I can't verify the authenticity of the style of the bagels. But I don't care, they are delicious. Got a sesame seed bagel one morning, double toasted with cream cheese. Huge, puffy, fresh, tender, yet chewy, covered top and bottom with sesame seeds. Yum! Remember to ask the counter person how they prepare them because you can customize the toasted-ness, the amount of cream cheese, etc.They have a variety of bagel flavors and a nice selection of sandwiches. Lots of beverage choices including coffee, soft drinks, bottled juice, and water.They have indoor seating (where you'll find me enjoying one of those sandwiches very soon), outdoor tables, and their own parking lot. And for all you fans of "hurryitupi'mbusy", they have a drive through!

One of the few, legit bagel places in this area. Try all varieties and/or any of the bagel sandos!

Bagels were mediocre and quite expensive

Great coffee though the mocha is a bit too sweet. Best bagels around, by far! Great cream cheese choices and the sandwiches are yum. Drive in can take a little while, but it's usually less busy than Starbucks.

Big place, coffee just okay, bagels were very underwhelming. Staff very focused on the drive thru line so you might be better off in the car.

I have been coming to this place for about a year now, about a dozen times or more and order the same exact items but get charged different each time. Puzzling. No consistency.

Warm, friendly stsff. Indoor outdoor seating. Best of all a wide variety of yummy schmeers and bagels!

Being from NY, I can say this is as close to the realm thing. Great authentic NY bagel. Good job. Staff is a little awkwardly not friendly. Not bad though. The toast could be darker.

Slow and rude. Nearly 15 minutes for two bagels, ended up parking and walking inside. After all of that, my order was incorrect. Dont waste your money here.

I usually love this place but the past few years I have ordered my bagels triple toasted and they don't seem to be toasted at all.

Service was slow. Toast burned on edges. This place was always so nice but is going down hill. Hate seeing it this way.

Best bagels around they do like to pack that cream cheese on there so I always ask for easy on the cream cheese. They also have the option to double toast it if you like your bagels extra crispy. My favorite is the everything bagel. If you like white mochas they have a delicious white rush coffee. They also have a drive thru window at the Grand Ave location in Arroyo Grande.

I stopped coming here a few years ago because of the lack of customer service. So I gave it a try again, and it was just as bad.They don’t off kids drinks. So you can only order a child a 20oz smoothie. Not sure why they can’t offer smaller drinks or kids drinks.
